LICENSE AGREEMENT

General Terms

All products sold by Frankie Harlow Studio including but not limited to:

✅ AI-generated stock photography
✅ Digital prompt guides
✅ PLR bundles
✅ Branding assets
✅ Templates or visual content

...are protected under U.S. copyright law and remain the intellectual property of Frankie Harlow Studio, unless otherwise stated. By purchasing and/or downloading a product, you are not buying the copyright, you are receiving a limited-use license to use the product according to the tier/license type you purchased.

License Types

Frankie Harlow Studio offers multiple licensing tiers. Each product listing clearly states the license included with your purchase.

Personal Use License (Default Unless Stated Otherwise)

​

✔ Use in personal projects, blogs, and inspiration boards
✘ No resale or redistribution in any format
✘ No client or commercial use

​

Pro Creator License (PCR)

​

✔ Use in personal, client, and commercial projects
✔ Modify, brand, and resell image files in new product formats (e.g. printables, templates, bundles, etc.)
✔ Use in paid membership platforms, course materials, or lead magnets
✘ Cannot resell products as-is or with minimal change
✘ Cannot upload to stock sites, AI datasets, or public repositories
✘ Cannot falsely claim original authorship

💬 Note: Unless otherwise specified, products are not sold exclusively. However, the quantity or availability of some products may be limited at our discretion.

Prohibited Uses (All Licenses)

Regardless of license, you may NOT:

​

• Resell or share products “as-is” or with only superficial changes

• Use our images or prompts to train or feed into AI models

• Upload content to public stock photo platforms

• Sell or distribute digital files under your own brand name without sufficient transformation

• Claim copyright ownership or authorship of the original work

• Use our content to create unlawful, defamatory, or harmful material

Custom-Created Bundles

From time to time, Frankie Harlow Studio may offer custom-created bundles tailored specifically for a single client or buyer. These bundles are made to meet your specific theme, aesthetic, or brand vision.

By purchasing a custom bundle, you are granted a Pro Creator License (PCR) for the images included.

 

This means:

✔ You may use the images in personal, commercial, or client projects
✔ You may modify them and resell them in new product formats (e.g. templates, branded content, digital products)
✔ You may use them within membership platforms, gated content, and paid courses

However:

✘ You do not own the copyright to any of the images or prompts
✘ You may not claim authorship of the original AI-generated content
✘ You may not resell or redistribute the images as-is
✘ You may not upload them to stock image platforms or AI training datasets

🛑 Exclusivity Notice:
Custom bundles are exclusive to the individual purchaser. Frankie Harlow Studio will not resell or distribute the custom content to anyone else. That said, similar themes or aesthetics may appear in future work - but the exact bundle you received is uniquely yours.

If you want to commission a bundle that includes more robust licensing or restricted creative territory, please email us at frankieharlowstudio@gmail.com for a custom agreement.

Important Notes

​

• This license is non-exclusive and non-transferable

• All purchases are final and non-refundable

• This license does not grant copyright - it grants permission to use the content within the allowed scope

• You are responsible for ensuring compliance with any third-party platforms you upload content to (Etsy, Shopify, Instagram, etc.)

AI Disclosure & Likeness

All images and prompts sold by Frankie Harlow Studio are created with the aid of AI tools and then reviewed, refined, and edited by a human. They are fictional and do not depict real people. Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental. Minor imperfections or inconsistencies may be present. These are not considered defects and are part of the AI-generated aesthetic.

Legal Jurisdiction

This License Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina (USA). Any legal disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of North Carolina.
